Welcome to Objective Intelligent Solutions (OIS Training & Consulting). Our mission is to develop disciplined, capable protectors through objective training, intelligent application, and behaviorally sound methodology. Read more below.
Why OIS Exists
Conflict is inevitable.
Whether physical, mental, emotional, or moral, every person will eventually encounter circumstances that test judgment, character, and performance.
Preparation begins shaping the outcome long before the moment arrives.
Objective Intelligent Solutions was founded on a simple conviction:
People perform more consistently when they understand the objective principles governing human behavior, decision-making, and conflict.
Our purpose is not merely to teach skills.
It is to develop disciplined men and women who think objectively, adapt intelligently, and lead with integrity when circumstances demand their very best.
That responsibility extends beyond law enforcement.
It belongs to every individual entrusted with protecting others.
Our Philosophy
Conflict exposes reality.
It reveals strengths that have been developed, weaknesses that have been neglected, and assumptions that fail under pressure.
Reality does not change because circumstances become difficult.
Human beings perceive, process information, make decisions, and perform according to objective realities that remain true under every condition.
Training should begin there.
Techniques, tactics, and procedures are valuable only when they are built upon principles that objectively govern human performance.
Equipment matters.
Experience matters.
Technical proficiency matters.
But without understanding the principles that govern performance, they remain incomplete.
Objective principles exist independent of opinion. Effective training does not create those principles; it discovers, tests, and applies them.
Our objective is not to produce individuals who depend upon memorized solutions.
Our objective is to develop individuals capable of recognizing problems, adapting to changing circumstances, and making sound decisions when no predetermined solution exists.
Conflict is dynamic.
Prepared people must be as well.

Our Approach
Objective Intelligent Solutions teaches frameworks before formulas.
Principles before procedures.
Understanding before repetition.
Our instruction is built upon operational experience, continual study, Force Science principles, behavioral science, stress physiology, leadership, adult learning, and objective observation.
Every principle we teach is evaluated by one question:
“What objectively remains true when human beings are exposed to stress?”
Those objective truths become the foundation of our instruction.
Every course is designed to improve perception, judgment, adaptability, communication, decision-making, and performance under pressure.
Because conflict rarely unfolds exactly as expected.
The individual who understands principles possesses greater freedom than the individual who has memorized techniques alone.
From the Founder
“Objective Intelligent Solutions was not created because I wanted to build a business.
It was created because experience created a responsibility.
My career began in corrections before entering law enforcement in 2012. Shortly thereafter I was entrusted with building and handling my agency's first Belgian Malinois patrol and detection K9.
For six years, K9 Edge and I trained every day.
Those years taught me that dependable performance is never accidental. It is earned through discipline, consistency, trust, and continual refinement.
Later, critical incidents reinforced that lesson in ways I never could have anticipated.
Officer-involved shootings, years spent investigating narcotics, instructing officers, serving alongside exceptional professionals, and helping peers navigate the aftermath of traumatic events fundamentally changed how I viewed conflict.
Those experiences revealed a truth I could no longer ignore:
Technical proficiency alone is not enough.
Performance begins in the mind long before the physical application.
That realization led me to study human performance, behavioral science, Force Science, leadership, and adult learning with the same determination I once devoted to tactical training.
The more I learned, the more one truth became clear:
Understanding people is just as important as understanding tactics.
Objective Intelligent Solutions exists because I believe knowledge should never remain personal when it has the potential to prepare someone else.
Everything this company teaches has been shaped by experience, refined through study, and continually tested against objective reality.
Above all, I recognize God's providential care throughout every season of my life. His grace and mercy have sustained me through moments I could never have endured alone. The opportunities I have been given are not accomplishments to be celebrated, but responsibilities to be stewarded in service to others.”

“The Icon”

The wolf was chosen intentionally because it represents disciplined capability.
Years spent working alongside police service canines changed the way I understood conflict. The more I studied behavior, both canine and human, the more I realized that performance begins long before the apex of conflict.
Conflict strips away illusion. Under pressure, preparation becomes performance. What is developed beforehand is ultimately revealed when it matters most.
Instinct is powerful. Disciplined instinct is formidable.
The wolf embodies primitive yet sophisticated qualities that endure under pressure:
Awareness.
Adaptability.
Discipline.
Intelligence.
Restraint.
Loyalty.
Measured confidence.
The OIS wolf is a symbol that the most formidable individuals are rarely the loudest.
They are the most prepared.
Be Formidable
Everything Objective Intelligent Solutions teaches leads here.
To be formidable is not to seek conflict, but to anticipate, detect, and be prepared when your moment of truth finds you.
It is the continual pursuit of physical capability, mental resilience, moral character, sound judgment, professional competence, emotional discipline, and quiet confidence.
It is choosing preparation over comfort.
It is choosing consistent discipline over impulse.
Principle over popularity.
Responsibility over recognition.
It is understanding that those entrusted with protecting others carry a continual responsibility to improve themselves.
Because the quality of your preparation will one day become the quality of someone else's outcome.
That is why Objective Intelligent Solutions exists.
Not merely to produce better tacticians.
Not merely to produce better leaders.
But to develop disciplined men and women whose preparation enables them to protect, serve, and persevere when others depend upon them.
